History of the Firm

The law firm was originally founded by LeMoine D. Stitt and Joseph J. Klein, operating under the name Stitt & Klein. Since its inception in 1985, the firm has grown from a small practice of individuals to a large comprehensive firm with the capability of effectively handling any client needs.

The law firm has been practicing under its current name since 2003 due to the addition of Wayne Giampietro. Prior to Mr. Giampietro joining, the firm practiced under the name Stitt, Klein, Daday & Aretos since 1991.

LeMoine D. Stitt passed away in 1997. Currently the partnership is comprised of five partners, Joseph J. Klein, Stephen G. Daday, Michael G. Aretos, Wayne B. Giampietro & Timothy J. O’Donoghue. Stephen G. Daday joined the firm as a partner in 1987. Michael G. Aretos joined the law firm as an associate in 1988 and became a partner in 1991. Wayne Giampietro joined the firm in 2003. Timothy J. O’Donoghue joined the firm as an associate in 1994 and became a partner in 2004.
